Regulations of Promotion Cropp “20% discount on next purchases over 20 EUR with personal code on regular price item”

1. This Regulations are defining principles binding every Participant of purchasing as part of the Promotion - “20% discount on next purchases over 20 EUR with personal code on regular price item” from the Cropp collection.
2. Organizer of the Promotion “20% discount on next purchases over 20 EUR with personal code on regular price item” is company LPP S.A. ("Organizer").
3. The promotion will last from 03 till 13 of August.
4. The promotion is regarding stationary stores of the Cropp brand. The promotion isn't regarding outlet stores.

Phrases used in this Regulations are denoting:

1. Promotion - prepared through LPP S.A. under the name: “20% discount on next purchases over 20 EUR with personal code on regular price item” the offer is regarding all models from Cropp on regular price, on principles indicated in this Regulations.
2. Stores - stores being located on the Estonian area, in which LPP S.A. is conducting the retail sale of clothes of the Cropp brand. In this definition aren’t enveloped outlet stores.

The Promotion is leaning at the following rules:

1. The number of items on the receipt is arbitrary (min. 1).
2. The condition to take advantage of the promotion is to purchase in one store, on one receipt, items with a total value of 20 EUR or more and to present the personal code.
3. The personal promotional code will be available after scanning of a QR code by customers who made purchases in the Cropp store from 3 till 13 of August. The cashier is not obliged to inform customers who have not made any purchases about the current promotional campaign.
4. The customer can purchase items both discounted and regular price, however, the promotion will only be charged on regular price products.
5. The Promotion does not include items of foreign brands.
6. The Promotion does not combine with other discount/gratis campaigns. If other actions/promotions are in force in the salon during the term of the Action - the Customer must choose which action/promotion he/she wants to use.
7. Essential for applying the Promotion is selecting items of the assortment for a total value exceeding 20EUR and payment of the price.
8. Assortments purchased on principles of the promotion “20% discount on next purchases over 20 EUR with personal code on regular price item are returnable according to the following rules: The customer has the option of returning any product based on a receipt. The amount to be refunded depends on the value on the receipt.
9. The promotion will not be charged automatically, the cashier has to give a discount to the customer manually.
